Our On-Time Guarantee: For Domestic shipments only: If we fail to ship any order the next business day (Monday-Friday), we will either pay the cost of upgrading to a faster service, or if ordered for overnight shipment, we will pay the total cost of the freight charge - no questions asked. Limitations: If ordering with a credit card, shipping address must match billing address for your credit card. Order must be complete and accurate. Order must include a valid phone number to contact you in case of questions or problems with your order.

Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMX, and PayPal. If you prefer to place your credit card order via phone, please select “Credit Card via Phone” as the payment method, complete your on-line order and call us with your credit card information. We also accept Purchase Orders from Fortune 1000 Companies, Government, and Educational Institutions. All credit terms are subject to management approval. After placing your order, we will contact you for necessary information to process your order.

Shipping Policy: We ship to all areas in the United States and most countries outside the US via FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service. All orders include shipping and insurance costs calculated to include delivery charges to your address. All international orders are FOB Origin which means that you take ownership of the shipment after it leaves the United States. IER Computer is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs broker fees, or any other additional costs that may be imposed when your shipment reaches your country. By placing an order with IER Computer, you agree to accept any and all charges that may be in addition to regular shipping and insurance costs. If you choose to not pay these fees, then you agree that you have abandoned your package and are not entitled to any refund from IER Computer. Once the package leaves the United States, the package is your responsibility to either claim or abandon. Please be aware that some items may be restricted for import into your country. It is your responsibility to ensure that items ordered from IER Computer are legal to import into your country. Although we will do our best to assist you with additional information or documentation, if your shipment is confiscated by your country’s customs, it is solely your responsibility to either claim or abandon the shipment. No refunds will be issued for items confiscated by customs outside of the USA.

Shipping Limitations / Delays: All shipping dates and estimated delivery dates are approximate and are based upon current availability of materials and prompt receipt of all necessary information. We will not be liable for any damage, loss, fault or expenses arising out of delays in shipment or other non-performance caused by or imposed by strikes, fires, disasters, riots, Acts of God, governmental action or any other cause or condition beyond our reasonable control in the event of any such delay or non-performance.

Warranties: All equipment and/or supplies are sold either “As-Is,” 30 Day, 90 Day, or 1 Year Warranty. Please see individual item for warranty period. Our primary focus is the purchase of computer equipment at liquidation prices and the passing on of commensurate discounts to our customers. While we offer specific warranty periods on the equipment we sell, there may or may not be an additional manufacturer’s warranty on this product. We offer our warranty specifically on defects in material or workmanship only. We assume that our customers will have a high degree of general and specific knowledge about the products they are ordering from us and are responsible for choosing the proper product for their application.

Returns: Please inspect your product immediately upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, please inform the carrier immediately and follow their instructions for claims. All claims for shortage, damage, shipment error, incompatibility, or incorrectly ordered merchandise must be made within ten (10) calendar days after the date of receipt. The following conditions must be met for all returns: (1) You must contact our sales department for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). (2) Product must be shipped back to us within 5 days of our issuing an RMA, freight prepaid, and received in the same condition as originally shipped. (3) Subject to our inspection and approval, we will issue you a credit or refund less a 20% restocking fee and the original freight cost. For defective product within the warranty period, the following conditions will apply: (1) Contact us via email or phone for an RMA (2) Upon receipt, we will test the product for defect. If found not defective, we reserve the right to return the product, or have a third party examine it. (3) Upon our acceptance, we will either replace (if available) or issue a store-credit refund at our sole option. (4) If needed (and if available), we are happy to ship a replacement item before receiving the defective item back. Normally your credit card will be charged as in a regular sale, and a credit will be issued upon our receipt and acceptance of the defective product. (5) If found defective, we will pay freight both ways at the least expensive shipping method available, except on international orders - we do not pay freight for defective returns on international orders.

Limits of liability: In no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, income or profits, arising out of or in connection with any equipment sold to buyer, without limitation, or breach of any obligation imposed on us hereunder or in connection herewith, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall we be liable for any programs or data stored in or used in conjunction with any merchandise sold, the costs associated with recovering such programs or data, or any incompatibilities between the merchandise sold and any hardware or software used by buyer. In no event shall we be liable for any expenses incurred by buyer for any installation done by someone other than seller. In no event shall our liability (whether under the theories of breach of contract or warranty, negligence or strict liability) exceed the purchase price paid for the equipment.

Applicable Laws: This site is administered by IER from its offices in Iowa City, IA - USA. IER makes no representation that materials or services at this site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use or export or re-export the materials purchased from this site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations including, without limitation, U.S. export laws and regulations. If you choose to access this site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. By your use of this site, you agree that the non-prevailing party in any legal action agrees to be liable for the entire amount of any reasonable attorney and legal fees, in addition to chargeable interest at the highest rate permitted by law. These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Severability: If any provision in these preceding paragraphs shall be held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable; the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired. No representation or statement not contained herein shall be binding upon either party unless executed in writing by the party to be bound.
